  2. Print and attach label to padded envelope. Secure jewelry inside, and ship.
  3. We’ll receive your jewelry, examine it, and email you a quoted invoice (payable by credit card).
  4. If you accept the quote and pay, we will service the jewelry and return it. If you choose to not get it serviced, we will send the jewelry back to you in its original state.
